HOW TO SUFFICIENTLY BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT

When booking an appointment (if you do not already have the app downloaded to your phone), follow these instructions so that going forward will be a smoother process for you. Please understand that until all the steps are completed, you do not have an appointment.

 

  1. Click the banner at the very top of the page

  2. Click the 3 lines at the corner

  3. Select your desired service date & time that is available

  4. Click next

  5. Fill out the designated form

  6. Pay your deposit

  7. Once your deposit has been paid, your appointment is officially booked

PLEASE CAREFULLY READ !

Please read carefully!

I perceive that my clients & potential clients are to be provided with an exceptional quality experience here @ Opulence Brand. It is expected that my clients & potential clients understand and respect my business for it to operate at its fullest capacity. I thank you for allowing myself the space to give you the best barbering experience you have ever encountered.

Tardiness

There will be a $10 late fee accessed for all clients who are late after the allotted time of a 10-minute grace period. Failure to adhere by Opulence Brand rules & regulations will result in termination of service and a forfeit of your deposit.

 

Cancellations

Clients who wish to cancel or reschedule should submit their request within 24 hours of their appointment time. Doing so will allow your deposit to be transferred to your next desired appointment.

To submit your request, please do so in the app first by simply messaging me. If you do not have the app downloaded, feel free to send a sms message to (443) 473-8281.

Clients who NCNS (no call no show) will forfeit their deposit.

 

Same day service with no appointment

It is expected that all clients/potential clients to book their appointment through the app. However, if all appointment slots are at capacity, then feel free to send a sms message to  (443) 473-8281 to see if there are any accommodations that can be made on that particular day of service. Please note that there will be a flat rate for all services provided (except for house calls), in the amount of $60. 

For clarification: If there are no appointment slots available for the day that you are inquiring, and you need to be serviced, your service will be considered an emergency and upon accommodation there will be flat rate of $60 for all services (except for house calls).

 

Refusal to book on the app 

If you refuse to book through the app/and or just simply do not feel like properly booking through the Opulence Brand app and you must be penciled in: You will be accessed a $15 fee on top of your service fee due ATOS(at time of service). This rule does not apply for first time clients, but after the initial service everyone is expected to properly book through the app.
